We are Tŷ Hafan.

Sadly, thousands of families in Wales live every day knowing their child’s life will be short. At the moment, they often face this without any care or support.

Alone.

Afraid.

Isolated.

Tŷ Hafan’s ambition is that when a child’s life will be short, no family should have to live it on their own.

At the moment, 90% of families in Wales whose child’s life will be short are not receiving the support they need.

This should not be allowed to happen.

We believe that every family should have access to the care they need through life, death and beyond.

We know this is a big ambition and we know it won’t be easy, but we believe that together we can make sure that no family in Wales faces their child’s short life on their own.
